This outdoor teak bar stool is from our beloved Freya collection, where we have many variations from dining chairs to garden chairs in different colors.
All chairs in the Freya collection are made of teak wood, a type of wood that has been valued for centuries for its strength and longevity. The teak wood comes almost entirely from plantations in Indonesia, where it is sustainably managed and fully traceable through FLEGT certification. This way, you can be sure that you are choosing a chair that is both beautiful and responsible.
Teak wood is a living product and will slowly fade outdoors to a beautiful, timeless silver-grey. Do you prefer the original warm wood color? Then you can treat the chair annually with a special teak oil. For the rope, a soft brush and some lukewarm water with a mild soap are more than enough to keep it fresh. In the winter months, the chair will last longest if you store it dry or cover it with a breathable cover.
